My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location in Little Italy is fantastic, with easy access to many restaurants and attractions. The service I received was generally good, particularly from Megan, who was very helpful. However, the first room I was given had some issues, including strange smells and limited electrical outlets. While the second room was much better, the Wi-Fi was weak. Overall, it was a decent experience, but some aspects could use improvement.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of experiences. On the upside, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the location in Little Italy offered a great selection of dining options nearby. However, the breakfast could use a serious overhaul, and there was loud construction noise during the day that detracted from the experience. Overall, it's decent for the price, but some areas need improvement.
